The TRUTH behind cellulite... That it doesn’t exist!

The best way I can explain how important it is to factor in fascia to the cellulite question would be using a piece of fried chicken for an example. The white, silky layer right below the crispy part is the membrane (aka fascia). The fascia runs just below the skin, so let’s imagine how that membrane looks lying on top of the muscle of a human leg. Other layers of fascia run deeper like cobwebs through the muscle, just like you see inside a steak.
So imagine if the fascia was like “gristle” in the meat or tangled in the membrane. You can see how the fascia could pull the skin of your legs down with it, creating dents where the fascia is dysfunctional and bumps where there is fat.
It can affect the glutes and thighs, but it can also occur in other areas such as the calves and arms. It doesn’t matter if you're heavy or skinny, medium or petite, anyone can have cellulite. Think men don’t deal with cellulite? Think again! Both men and women can be affected by those pesky dimpled, cottage-cheese skin areas. But you can do something about it!
Even though I never intended to address cellulite when I was treating professional athletes, I connected the dots that it’s a FASCIA issue. Now over a million people use the FasciaBlaster for all kinds of reasons - ESPECIALLY CELLULITE. When you take the Blaster and massage into the first, second, and eventually third layers of fascia, you can help those tissue fibers relax, which in turn helps keep the fascia from squishing the fat into that distorted appearance. When your fascia is ready for a deeper massage, the solid claws allow you to reach those deeper layers to loosen the fascia system as a whole. It’s an easy, inexpensive way to get your body-care, and when the fascia begins to restore it FEELS AMAZING!
It’s important to Blast a couple of times a week if you want to improve your appearance. Slow and steady, layer by layer wins the race!
You can focus on your trouble areas more often if you’d like, but I recommend that only if it feels good and the area is not sore.
So there you have it. The truth behind cellulite and how it can affect each and every one of us. It’s not rocket science, and thankfully there’s a SIMPLE SOLUTION!
